Water damage from dishwasher in Falls of Rough, KY

This is a kitchen in Falls of Rough, KY that had a slow leak from a dishwasher.  This obviously happened over a long period of time where the customer didn't know they had a leak.  Notice the extent of the damage to the structural wood.  The rot was very extensive.  We had to do a great deal of structural repairs on the foundation to get the floors back level.   Subfloors were replaced after fixing the foundation.  The finished floors went in and all the cabinets and countertops went back in.  The customer was absolutely thrilled with the end result.
